Film Access Scotland recruiting a Development Manager

Film Access Scotland, a sector development organisation which represents leading moving image and media access organisations working with young people and the wider community across Scotland, are seeking to recruit a Development Manager to support and grow the moving image and media access sector in Scotland.

Film Access Scotland was founded in November 2013 to facilitate consultation and representation at strategic level and to ensure that the moving image and media access sector receives the recognition and resources it needs to deliver access and participation for all.

Diversity, inclusion, equality, opportunity and creativity are at the heart of all Film Access Scotland members. The current consortium members are GMAC Film (Glasgow), Screen Education Edinburgh (Edinburgh), Station House Media Unit (Aberdeen), Media Education (Edinburgh), Plantation Productions (Glasgow) and Voice of My Own (Borders).

BFI Film Academy Craft Skills

On our BFI Film Academy Craft Skills Residential course, learners receive intensive learning in screenwriting, cinematography, sound, directing, production and editing, engage in industry masterclasses, and produce a short film. Applications for the summer 2023 course are now closed.
