Edinburgh and Lothians School Competition - Clearance Form

Dear Parent/Guardian Your child has taken part in a film that will be entered into the Edinburgh and Lothians Schools Film Competition by their school/class teacher. Should your child’s film be selected for the programme by the youth jury we must have your permission to screen it. Please could you read the agreement and sign below. Please also provide us with your child’s name, school, and class as well as a personal contact email so we can be in touch if your child’s film wins. By signing below you agree clearance for your child (or children) to appear in the film produced at his/her school, and, if selected, to be screened online as part of the Edinburgh International Film Festival, and at any further screenings organised by the City of Edinburgh Council, Screen Education Edinburgh or the Centre for Moving Image. Further to this permission is requested for photos, stills, and the films to be used for promotional, educational, and evaluative purposes by Screen Education Edinburgh.
