Applications are now open for SEE Young Filmmakers Hub!

Screen Education Edinburgh is thrilled to announce that applications are now open for our SEE Young Filmmakers Hub, supported by The Sean Connery Foundation.

This course will see young filmmakers aged 12 to 18, who live in Edinburgh, learn about the various roles of filmmaking from screenwriting and sound recording, to camera operating, set design, and editing. During this practical course, all learners work together as a film crew to develop, shoot and edit their own live-action music video!

BFI Film Academy Craft Skills

On our BFI Film Academy Craft Skills Residential course, learners receive intensive learning in screenwriting, cinematography, sound, directing, production and editing, engage in industry masterclasses, and produce a short film. Applications for the summer 2023 course are now closed.
