An experienced journalist in TV, radio and newspapers, she previously worked as an investigative journalist, producing and directing current affairs documentaries for BBC Scotland. Emma has been actively involved in initiatives to increase female representation in editorial leadership globally and is passionate about advocating for improved diversity of the TV workforce, so it better represents all the audiences it seeks to reflect.
