Notes of Interest Now Open: PG Certificate in Film and Screen Professional Practice

Edinburgh Napier University and Screen Education Edinburgh are accepting notes of interest for our PG Certificate in Film and Screen Professional Practice 2026/27. This Screen Scotland–funded course is open to GTCS-registered teachers in Scottish schools, running September 2026 to June 2027 and delivering four SCQF Level 11 modules worth 80 credits in practical filmmaking.

A virtual drop-in open day takes place in July.

The BFI Film Academy Scotland Short Course Programme has courses for 16- to 19-year-olds taking place in Edinburgh at Screen Education Edinburgh, in Ayrshire at Ayrshire Film Co, in the Scottish Highlands at Eden Court Highlands, in Glasgow at GMAC, and in Aberdeen at Station House Media Unit.
