Matt Springford is an Executive Producer and Creative Director with over twenty years’ experience in factual television, including senior roles at BBC Studios, OR Media and Crosswalk Films. He has led major international co-productions across the Middle East and China, and overseen flagship documentary output for BBC Scotland.

A strategic and values-driven leader, Matt is passionate about storytelling that promotes inclusion and cross-cultural understanding. He brings extensive expertise in creative strategy, talent development and meaningful international partnerships.
