In January, our Foundation Apprenticeship learners undertook work experience at SEE, led by our Business Support Administrator, Jo, and Facilities Coordinator, Aron.

Jo and Aron began by giving learners an insight into their individual roles and responsibilities, helping them understand the day-to-day operations that keep the organisation running smoothly. Learners then took part in a range of hands-on administrative and facilities-based tasks, including creating social media posts, drafting newsletters, organising equipment, responding to booking requests, and more.

It was a valuable opportunity for learners to develop practical workplace skills while gaining a deeper understanding of the essential behind-the-scenes roles within a creative organisation.
